The privacy policy is about how NettPost collects and uses information about users of our website and services, including the NettPost website. By personal data, we mean all types of information that may relate to an identifiable person, such as name, email address, IP address, telephone number, etc.
As a customer of NettPost AS, we only retain the necessary personal data to manage the customer relationship and fulfil contractual obligations. If you have a customer relationship with us, we store your personal data for the duration of the customer relationship. After customer relationships, we only retain the necessary information for accounting.
When signing up for newsletters, the email address is stored in the our newsletter service. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via a link in the newsletter. Please contact us if you want to unsubscribe but can't do it yourself.
When you enrol in courses/conferences/events under our direction, we retain the information you provide for up to two years. We only ask for information relevant to your participation in that event.
When creating an M-Files demo user, we store the name, company, email, phone number, username and password you provide upon registration. Using M-Files services, all calls are logged to detect and prevent abuse, uncover misconduct, and comply with our contractual obligations. The data is not used for other purposes and is deleted when the need lapses.
You have the right to access the personal data we store about you. You can also request that these be deleted. Contact us at privacy@nettpost.no if anything is unclear or if you have any information we have about you.
